Frank Fales & Sons Ltd established in 1896 by Frank Fales himself and later joined by his 2 sons, built the business to serve ships and import products. When the Fales family members retired a member of their staff took over the helm of the business & continued to grow the company. Once again, when leadership decided to retire another staff member took over the helm, today the company is led by Thomas (Tom) James. Tom’s son Matthew recently joined the company and together with a 5-person sales team they offer many combined years of experience. As the company continues to move forward generation after generation the business has once again shifted directions with the focus now on industrial customers. With 4 Provincially licensed Service Technicians they can offer annual inspection services to businesses from small (daycares, special care homes, private stores) to large (refinery, pulp/paper mills, fish processing, manufacturing, shopping malls, call centers) as well as restaurant hood service for businesses from Grand Manan to Sussex and finally tankers and super tankers coming to the city. They also provide P.A.S.S. training to businesses for their staff (proper use of a fire extinguisher).
