Serving Niagara for over 50 years, Gymnastics Energy is proud to offer a wide range of recreational programs – including artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling and Ninja Warrior classes. For some athletes with strong gymnastics abilities and a passion for the sport, we also offer competitive programs (by invitation) including Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Men’s Artistic Gymnastics and Power Tumbling.
Our brand new 22,000 sq ft facility is located in the heart of the Niagara region, at 333 Ontario St, St. Catharines (near Skyzone and Boston Pizza). In addition to a large gym space with a variety of equipment for boys and girls gymnastics at every level, we offer a large parent viewing area, cubbies and change rooms for athletes, and air conditioning for our summer classes and camps!
