We first opened for business on January 1st, 1991 and moved to our current location mid February, 1993. Our philosophy is to create good, honest, old-fashioned, home cooked food the way my grandmother cooked. We just cooked what we liked to eat – meat and potatoes in healthy portions. Nothing comes from a package. We mash our own potatoes, cut our own fries, and create our own sauces.
