The Smallwood Crescent Community Centre is a non-profit charitable organization that provides programs and services for the tenants of Newfoundland and Labrador Housing and the general public. These programs include social programs, educational programs, employment programs, recreational programs, and health programs. The overall goal of these programs is to enhance Community Capacity Building and community spirit.
